We maintain our corporate filings and tax identifiers in good standing as required by applicable U.S. and Wyoming law. For security reasons, we do not publish copies of sensitive corporate documents online. 6. What we Offer Today

We currently sell our own downloadable Digital Products (e.g., templates, e-books, printables, bundles) for Personal (Non-Commercial) Use. Delivery is 100% digital (typically via email and, if you create an account, in your account); we do not sell or ship physical goods. The Services are intended for adults (18+) in permitted markets. 7. Business Model Disclosure

We sell only our own downloadable Digital Products for Personal (Non-Commercial) Use via our website (WordPress + WooCommerce). We are not a marketplace and we do not onboard or pay out to third-party sellers or creators; no external parties may use our checkout. Any such Services would involve digital deliverables only and no custody or management of client funds, investments, or advertising budgets.

8. Funds Flow

We sell only our own digital products and services directly to customers through flexabits.com. We do not operate a marketplace or allow third parties to sell through our checkout. We do not facilitate payments for third parties (including escrow) or hold funds on behalf of others. We do not provide regulated financial services, including money transmission. We do not accept crypto, cash, or checks as payment.

9. Payments, Billing, and Descriptor

On your bank or card statement, the charge will generally appear as FLEXABITS.COM. In some cases, your bank, card issuer, payment network, or processor may shorten, reformat, or display a variation of that descriptor, including references such as “STRIPE…”, “WOOPAY…”, “FLEXABITS…”, or a similar format. Prices are shown at checkout in USD by default and, where available, we may automatically display and allow checkout in a supported local currency based on your location or browser settings. Currency conversions use exchange rates that are updated periodically and may include rounding. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting times depend on the payment processor and your bank/card issuer. After your payment is successfully confirmed, we provide an electronic invoice (PDF) for your records.

10. Payments and PCI

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently WooPayments, powered by Stripe). We do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV. We may receive limited payment details (such as card brand and last four digits, where applicable), along with payment status and transaction identifiers, for receipts, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. According to the processors’ public disclosures, they maintain PCI DSS compliance; we do not independently audit or certify their programs. 11. Taxes and Cross-Border

We may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes where required by law and where supported by our checkout configuration and payment providers; where we are not required (or able) to collect tax, you may be responsible for self-assessment/use tax. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third party of the same or similar name, including Flexibits Inc. Any references to third-party names or trademarks are for identification purposes only and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. To avoid phishing or spoofing, please verify that the website is https://flexabits.com and that communications originate from an email address ending in flexabits.com (including subdomains). We will never ask for passwords or full payment details via DM or social media. Third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

The only official sales channel for our Digital Products and Online Services is https://flexabits.com. If you see our product names, titles, prices, download links, or screenshots on any website not linked from https://flexabits.com (including search results, ads, coupon sites, marketplaces, social posts/DMs, or link shorteners), treat it as unaffiliated and potentially fraudulent. Do not click, download, or enter payment details.

16. Updates
